Ah, so I see you want to be affiliates? I have a few rules, but not that many....
1. Your site needs to be related to Anime, gaming, or graphics (exceptions can be made)
2. You should have a nice, clean layout that is easy to navigate through
3. Your site should be user-friendly with no offensive content
4. You need to have at least 10 pages of content (exceptions here based on circumstances...)
5. You need to update at least once a month.
