OK, so here's the deal with what's goin on in my life. I guess it could almost be considered my excuse for not updating, but I dunno.

Tomorrow, I'm leaving to go on a trip to Europe, and I won't be back for about 2 weeks. After that, I have band camp (yes, I'm a proud band geek in case you weren't aware) for 2 weeks. Then school starts like a week later O.o

So. the AMV is done. Excited? I sure hope so! *nervously hopes that no one is let down by it* It's my first AMV in ages, and keep in mind that I was at a scarcity for clips.

You won't/shouldn't be surprised with the verdict came down to using Tsubasa for the clips.... However, any episode before 41 I had to depend on my old AMVs from Sealed Angel for clip-rummaging xD (It's um... sort of illegal to download season 1 since it's licensed now, and I couldn't find all of season 2)

Anywho, the song is called "Go the Distance". It's originally from Hercules, but it was re-recorded by Lucas Grabeel (yes all you High School Musical fans! xDDDDDD He was also young Lex on Smallville once, too....), and it's absolutely wonderful.

Anyway, check it out on the bottom of the music video page. Oh by the way, my work is complete, so all AMV links will lead you to youtube =D

But you know, watching some of those last episodes again (so I knew for sure what clips I was workin with) made me realize how much I hate Chaos.... CHAOS HATERS UNITE!!!!!

In case you didn't know, he's a made up, un-CLAMP character created by the minds of the people at BeeTrain for the last couple of episodes of the 2nd season (it's a filler arc. not really worth your time).

Everyone knows that I'm basically the biggest Syaoran fan there is, and since I can't have him (no, it's not because he's "not real"... because he has to be!!! it's because he's 2D and I'm 3D), I want the next best person to take care of him: Sakura.

So Chaos comes into the story and is all like, "Forget him, you don't even know him" trying to like brainwash her. So he gives her these fake feathers that give her memories of him, so that she becomes like obsessed with him or something. Basically, he's trying to steal Syaoran's true-love from him, and I don't stand for that So I don't like him. He's EVILLLL. (Yes, other avid TRC fans, I know who/what he is, but I still hate him)

Now that I'm done with that rant, I'm going to wrap it up xD

I'm in the process of putting all of the music videos from Sealed Angel onto youtube, and then revamping the music video page... that way, it'll be harder for people to take 'em and claim 'em

When that's done, the newest addition to the collection of AMVs will be available!

Ok. I'm working on a few layouts, and then I'm going to get some expert... err, decisive people to pick one... because I can't make small decisions like pick a layout on my own!

I think I'm about to make a new AMV. Yes, you heard me. I know it's been forever since the last one, but a little while back, I accidentally deleted ALL of my videos--- everything I've made and downloaded, and I didn't notice until it was too late for me to undo it. I'd just lost all of my inspiration since then.

I'm not going to tell you what the song is, or what series, but I think it's going to turn out well!

Yep, you guessed it. That's one of my videos. And now I'm mad.

I don't mind so much seeing videos of mine on youtube (because I have), but when they CLAIM THAT THE VIDEO WAS MADE MY THEM I go all WHAT THE FREAK?!/Ninja on them.

So yeah. Watch out for this stuff. It's annoying to the creators, because they see compliments for their hard work going to someone that can press some buttons and take other people's stuff.

EDIT: OK. I knew something seemed fishy when I got to the 5th video of mine on their channel. I FINALLY realized that I've already sent this person a message back in FEBRUARY about please removing my videos or giving me credit. They put a link to the site on ONE of the videos. Personally, I don't think that will suffice.

Now I don't know what to do.... =/

OMG, SO THEY HAD THE TSUBASA R.C. ENGLISH TRAILER ON FUNIMATION'S MYSPACE PAGE....then they took it off. :'(

However, some lucky person managed to record the audio (wish I would've thought to do that.) for it, and made a real, yet fake trailer. lol the audio is REAL. the video is just random clips from the japanese subbed version. you get the idea though.

I was so right! Jason did an AMAZING JOB as Syaoran!!! You only hear him say a single line, but he does it ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFULLY "Isn't there anything I can do to help her?" Or something like that.

We also get to hear Yukito, a tinyyyy bit of Sakura at the beginning, and Yuko. No Fay, Kurogane, or Mokona, though =/

Hopefully FUNimation will put it up on their website sometime soon. I mean, the DVD will be out in a month O_o

Alright. Many of you have already read Llyod's post on the Tsubasa dub. He mentioned that you should probably listen to my commentary so... here it is.

Jason Liebrecht, I believe, is an excellent choice for the role of Syaoran. I'm not sure if any of you are familiar with the anime "Black Cat", but Jason plays the lead role in that series too--- Train Heartnet. He did a FANTASTIC job, and I'm excited that he's playing Syao Syao =]

I think that Monica Rial is will come to be a decent Sakura. Something about her voice seems a little off from what I imagined Sakura's voice to be like, but someone obviously thought it fit perfectly. I always imagine Monica's voice from her role of "Jo" on Burst Angel, but you never know. Voice actors can surprise you!

Chris Sabat as Kurogane. Nice. If any of you watched the official release from comic-con about the voice actors, you'll probably laugh at Colleen's pronounciation of Kurogane (Kuro-gahn-a O_o). ANYWAYS. Imagine a mix of Armstrong from Fullmetal with a hint of Ayame from Fruits Basket. I think his voice seems a TINY bit high. But overall it sounds good to me.

Vic Mignogna... hm... At first I was a little iffy about this one (even though I practically LOVE the man!). I imagine him as Edward Elric, or Dark Mousy from FMA and D.N. Angel. But, when i thought about his other roles, i decided that he'll probably find the right one for Fay. =]

I'm sort of suprised to see Colleen Clinkenbeard as Yuko. She hasn't really played a defined main role, so I can't really make a great judgement on her voice but... I dunno. Maybe Yuko will turn out to be her role!

Carrie Savage... I don't really know a TON about her, but I thought she has a really high, squeaky voice. That should work out okay.... I think... I mean, it's Mokona.

Overall, I think that the lineup looks good. I hope that Jason can prove me right. I think he's the best Syaoran out there! =]

Hey Link I remembered my password! (and yes I decided to use a random Yuna icon I made just for fun) Anyways, I was checking some Tsubasa stuff and the official website has released the official list of voice actors in their dub! They are as follows:

Syaoran: Jason Liebrecht (yay they didn't butcher the name!)

Fay Flourite: Vic Mignogna (well they changed this one)
Yuko Ichihara: Colleen Clinkenbeard

I'm really not familiar with the dubbing world so you might want to get Link's commentary instead of mine on whether or not this is good or bad. Hopefully Tsubasa will come out great dubbed!
