Maron is the heroine of the story, and she holds the soul of Jeanne d'Arc (Joan of Arc) and works alongisde of an angel, Fin Fish. She is also the love interest of heart throb, Chiaki Nagoya, who Maron first finds to be a pervert and a jerk. She gradually grows attatched to him, and she develops strong feelings for him. Besides Chiaki, her rival, Kaitou Sinbad also seems to like her, and he swears to always protect her. Maron is unaware that Sinbad is actually Chiaki, and that he knows who she is. Her best friend is Miyako, who swears that she will arrest Jeanne for the theif she is.
